So...what have we got for you? Lots of good information, links, and tools to help improve the quality of leadership within the CIT organization. We listed the committees goals just in case you might be interested in where we're coming from. There is a famous quotes page. Sometimes it only takes a few words of wisdom to hit home. The committee members have also collected a number of articles they think may be of interest to you. To help you get started on the road to improving your qualities of leadership, we have some self assessement surveys (be honest! It'll help if you are). And finally for those really serious folks, we have the leadership book. This is a very comprehensive discourse on a wide range of topics related to the subject of Leadership.
